The section appears when your workspace has a versions/ folder — run your first specs version cut and the next publish adds it, carrying a single page saying what will live there.

Versioning already records every release in your workspace’s versions/ folder — report, changelog, and that version’s specs, with latest/ mirroring the newest. Those files are the record.

This section is where they will render: an index of releases, newest first, with each report and changelog readable in place and each version’s specs browsable the same way a component’s Specs tab works. A workspace that has never cut a version will get an explanation of how to start rather than an empty page.
